About the project

The World of Roma in the work of Míla Doleželová

The main aim is to draw public attention to the extraordinary work of the painter Míla Doleželová and her husband Jiří Mareš by creating an exhibition space and making an exhibition of their paintings available.

Activities within the project

After a series of negotiations, an agreement was reached on the long-term loan of the entire estate of Míla Doleželová, including the works of her husband Jiří Mareš, including around 190 paintings and drawings, to the administration of Masaryk University.
